Milliken Skate Park Sign Up

Contest:  Saturday, May 10, 2025
Registration begins at 10:00 am
Competition begins at 11:30 am

Milliken Events supplies competitors with Gatorade, Water, and Snacks! Registration helps us estimate the amount we need to have on hand.

This is a two-part process and you must complete both processes to register.

The Refuge Indoor Skatepark Waiver is required!  Please use this QR Code to sign this waiver if you don't already have one on file.

11:30am Skate Board Beginner
12:30pm Skate Board Advanced

1:30pm   Scooter Beginner
2:30pm   Scooter Advanced

3:30pm   BMX Beginner
4:00pm   BMX Advanced

High Jump Jam Follows

PART 2:
This is the sign up form through Milliken Events.  By completing this form we will have your authorization to participate in this event.  The form will be filled in and ready for you to sign at the event.


 

Milliken's Pre-Registration for Skate Park Contest 
 Participants under 18 must have a parent sign the release ON EVENT DAY.
